The hotel is clean and the reception team members are extremely friendly and of excellent quality. The bed in the room is extremely comfy. The room is well-stocked and well laid out. The continental breakfast in the café is delicious and above average.

The hotel itself is very clean. The staff is very very nice. Breakfast and dinner in the Club Room were very stylish and good. The atmosphere was perfect.

The situation has nothing to offer. It was just a short stopover for us. It was okay for that. Otherwise never Manila again! Lots of misery, lots of dirt.

This place is located in a very convenient area near Rizal Park and the historical center. It's right by Eph and downtown amenities. The breakfast here is amazing! They offer a wide variety of delicious food that will surely satisfy your taste buds. 🍳

This is a nice hotel, very professional staff, very clean rooms, fast wifi access and nice restaurants in the hotel. I enjoyed staying at this hotel just had a few little issues.

The postives far outweigh the negatives but two things annoyed me, firstly the reception is fanatical about putting authorisations on your credit card to cover twice the amount of your stay, and if you wish to extend they ask for your credit card again and put more authorisations on the card to hold more money. Secondly when you walk outside the hotel the security gaurd will not let you walk in the drive way, you get told to use the footpath/walkway. Small thing but I can pay my bills without having thousands of dollars in pre-authorisations and I can cross the driveway without being run over :-) Oh, and it takes 20 to 30 minutes standing at reception to checkout so factor that in if you are heading to the airport.

Enjoyed staying in a spacious and comfy superior king room with speedy WiFi and smart TVs that actually worked. the beds were cozy and waking up to a view of the bay and city was soothing. 🌅

Everything was very good, wonderful location next to Manila Ocean Park, Robinson mall and Very close to Robinson shopping centre which is very handy, very special experience. The staff greeted everyone and was willing to help.

The hotel has a wonderful location, just a short walk to Japanese restaurants, shopping malls, and a quality food restaurant. The rooms are nicely appointed, neat, and stocked. The beds are comfy and there is high-speed internet and smart TVs available.
